What is Kirtova, exactly?
We watch over what ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity say about your practice: we measure whether you appear, correct what’s wrong, and work to make you the recommendation in your area and your specialty. We’re not a marketing or advertising agency.
How are you different from a marketing or SEO agency?
No campaigns, no social media, no ads. We don’t touch your website or take control of it: we work on the public information consulted before answering — including your site when it’s part of the problem, with changes always published by your team. And our core difference: the result is verified by an independent third party, and the monthly fee is paused if it’s not met.
Do you touch my website?
No. We deliver materials ready to publish; going live is always in your team’s hands. Your site, your access, and your brand stay yours.
Why don’t I see prices or testimonials?
Two deliberate decisions. We don’t publish prices, because every spot is different and the number only makes sense once you see what’s at stake (we answer that below, straight). And we don’t show testimonials, because they’re the easiest proof to buy and to fake; ours is verifiable: an independent third party measures the result — and you can check it yourself on your phone.
How do I know you don’t inflate the measurement?
Because we don’t run it. The measurement is performed on an independent third party’s platform — a company outside Kirtova, engaged under a protocol signed in advance. Kirtova cannot alter its results. No one grades their own homework. And if that measurement finds the target wasn’t met, the monthly fee is paused and the work continues at no charge. Do you just make up the Kirtova Score?
The Score is a diagnosis — our initial snapshot of your presence, from 0 to 100 — and you can reproduce its logic yourself by asking ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. But the Score is never the yardstick for the commitment: what’s agreed is measured by an independent third party’s verdict, not by a number of ours.
Who is the independent third party?
A monitoring platform from a company outside Kirtova, engaged under a protocol signed in advance: what’s measured, on which services, from which country, on which dates, and with how many repetitions. Kirtova cannot alter its results, and the verdict is documented with its date.
What does Kirtova control — and what doesn’t it?
Kirtova corrects and strengthens the public information your presentation rests on. We don’t control ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity, and we can’t force them to freeze an answer — be wary of anyone who tells you otherwise. That’s why the commitment is about a defined, measurable result on agreed dates — not about controlling platforms we don’t own.

How do you handle my profession’s advertising rules?
We work only with true information and verifiable credentials, and we adapt every piece to the advertising restrictions of your profession and your country. When a claim requires professional or legal validation, it’s approved by the responsible party before publication.
What happens with my data?
The minimum, by design. Measurement happens in your own analytics tool; we only receive aggregated data. No third-party trackers, no cookies.
Do you work with my competitors?
No. In the plans with a guarantee, we don’t work with your competitors in your city and specialty. It’s not a courtesy: it’s how the service is designed, and it’s written into the contract.
What if my spot can’t be won?
We tell you — and we don’t sell you anything. Before proposing anything, we measure whether your spot can be won. If it can’t, we’d rather tell you than bill you for something that won’t deliver.
What if another practice takes my spot first?
Exclusivity goes with the plans with a guarantee and is assigned in order of signing: one practice per city and specialty. If another practice in your specialty takes it first, we won’t be able to work with you on that spot for as long as that relationship exists.
How soon do I see results?
Honestly: it depends on your starting point. As an order of magnitude — not a promise — some corrections show up within weeks; a full recommendation effort takes longer. The timeline is set with you, in writing.
Can my presence slip after improving?
Yes, it can: these services evolve, and what’s been corrected doesn’t stay put on its own. We don’t treat three distinct things as equivalent. A mention: your name shows up in the answer. A recommendation: ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity presents you as a fitting option for that question. A citation: a specific source is used to back up what’s said. The result measured with you is defined in writing before we start.
Why can the same question give different answers?
Because these services don’t always return the same answer. That’s why we judge nothing on a single screenshot: the protocol defines the questions, conditions, dates, and repetitions before measuring. What counts is who appears repeatedly.
Does Kirtova invent reviews or inflate what’s said about you?
Never. We work only with verifiable credentials: we make visible the excellence that already exists. We don’t invent, don’t exaggerate, and don’t disparage anyone.
